(وإن ادعى زوج الأمَةِ، بعد) انقضاء (عدتها، أنَّه كان راجعها في عدتها، فأنكرته) الأَمَة (وصَدَّقه مولاها؛ فـ) ـالقول (قولُها، نصًّا (١) ) لأنه لا يتضمن إبطال حقٍّ للزوج؛ لعدم قصدها إياه.
