(وإن صَدَّقته) أي: صدقت مُطَلِّقَها بعد انقضاء عِدتها أنَّه كان راجعها قبله (وكذَّبه مولاها) في ذلك (لم يُقبل إقرارُها في إبطالِ حق السيد) لأنه إقرار على غيرها، فلم يُقبل.
