(وإن كانت) المطلقة ثلاثًا (أمةً، فاشتراها مطلِّقها؛ لم تحل له) حتى تنكحَ زوجًا غيره، ويطأها كما تقدم؛ لقوله تعالى:{فلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ مِنْ بَعْدُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيرَهُ}.
