(وإن آلى من واحدة) من زوجاته (ثم قال للأخرى: شَرِكتك معها) أو: أنت شريكتها (لم يصر مؤليًا من الثانية) لأن اليمين بالله لا تصح إلا بلفظ صريح من اسم أو صفة، والتشريك بينهما كناية، فلم تقع به اليمين، بخلاف الطلاق والظهار.
