(ولو عَلَّق طلاقًا ثلاثًا بوطئها) بأن قال: إنْ وطئتُك فأنتِ طالق ثلاثًا (أُمر بالطلاق، وحرم الوطء) لوقوع الثلاث بإدخال الحَشَفة، فيكون نزعه في أجنبية، والنزع جماع؛ ولأنه طلاق بدعة؛ لأنه يقع بعد الإصابة، وفيه جمع الثلاث بكلمة.
