(والعكسُ بعكسه) أي: وإن لم يجهلا؛ فلا مهر حيث مَكَّنت؛ لأنها زانية مطاوعة، ولا نسب، وعليهما الحدُّ؛ لأنه إيلاج في أجنبية بلا شُبهة.
