(وإن علمه) أي: التحريمَ، الواطئُ (وَحْدَه؛ لزمه المهر) بما نال من فرجها (و) لزمه (الحدُّ) لأنه زانٍ عالم (ولا نسب) يلحقه؛ لما مرَّ.
