(وإن لم يَفِئ) المؤلي بوطء من آلى منها (وأعفته المرأة؛ سقط؛ حقُّها) لأن الحق لها، وقد أسقطته (كعفوها) عن العِينِّين (بعد) مضي (مُدَّة العُنَّة) وهي السَّنَة.
