(و: أنتِ طالق كظهر أمِّي؛ طَلَقت) لأنه أتى بصريح الطلاق (ولم يكن ظِهارًا) جزم به في "الشرح"؛ لأنه أتى بصريح الطلاق أولًا، وجعل قوله:"كظهر أمِّي" صفةً له، فأشبه ما لو نوى به تأكيده (إلا أن ينويه) أي: الظِّهار، وجعلها في "المنتهى" كالتي قبلها.
