(و: أنتِ عليَّ حرام؛ ظِهار، ولو نوى طلاقًا) فقط، أو مع ظِهار (أو) نوى (يمينًا) لأنه تحريم أوقعه في الزوجة، فكان ظِهارًا، كتشبيهها بظهر أمّه، وحكاه إبراهيم الحربي عن عثمان وابن عباس وغيرهما .
