(ويَصحُّ) الظِّهارُ (من كلِّ زوج يَصحُّ طلاقُه) فكل زوج صَحَّ طلاقُه صَحَّ ظِهارُه؛ لأنه قول يختص النكاح، أشبه الطلاقَ. (فيصحُّ ظِهارُ الصبيِّ المميز) لأنه يصح طلاقه
