(ولو أعتق عن كفَّارته عبدًا لا يجزئ) عتقه (في الكفَّارة) كأقطع (نَفَذَ عتقه) لأنه عِتق من مالك جائز التصرُّف (ولم يجزئ عنها) أي: الكفارة؛ لما تقدم .
