(ولو قال مَن عليه الكفَّارة) أي: كفَّارة اليمين لغيره: (أطْعِمْ) عن كفارتي (أوِ اكْسُ عن كفَّارتي؛ صَحَّ) ذلك كالآمر بالعتق، سواء (ضَمِن له عوضًا أو لا (٢) ) أي: أم لم يضمن له عوضًا؛ لأنه أذنه في الإخراج عنه.
