(وإن كان) النذر (معيّنًا) كأنْ نذر صوم المحرَّم (أخَّر الكفّارة عنه، أو قدَّمها عليه إن أمكن) بأن اتسع لها الوقت؛ لأنه أمكن الإتيان بكل من الواجبين؛ فلزمه.
