(وإن رَدَّدَها على مسكين واحد ستين يومًا؛ لم يجزئه) لأن الله تعالى أوجب إطعام ستين مسكينًا، ولم يطعم إلا مسكينًا واحدًا (إلا ألا يجد غيره؛ فيجزئه) ترديدها عليه؛ لأنه معذور بعدم وِجدان غيره.
