(ويجوز دفعها إلى مُكاتَبِه) كالزكاة (وإلى) كل (من يُعطى من زكاةٍ لحاجةٍ) وهو المراد بالمسكين، ويدخل فيه الفقير، فهما صنفان في الزكاة، صنف واحد في غيرها، ويدخل فيه ابن سبيل، وغارم لنفسه، ونحوه.
