(ولا يُجزئ فيهنَّ) أي: الإطعام، والعتق، والصوم (نيَّة التقرُّبِ فقط) لأنه يقع تَبرُّعًا، وعن الكفَّارة وغيرها، فلا بُدَّ من نيَّةٍ تميِّز الكفَّارة عن غيرها.
