(وإذا قَذَفَ نساءَه - ولو بكلمة واحدة - فعليه أن يُفْرِد كلَّ واحدة) منهن (بِلِعَانٍ) لأنه قاذف لكلِّ واحدةٍ منهنَّ؛ أشبه ما لو لم يقذف غيرها؛ ولأن اللِّعان أيمان لجماعةٍ، فلا تتداخل، كالأيمان في الديون.
