(وإن قَذَفَ زوجتَهُ الرجعية) في عِدَّتها (صحَّ لِعَانها) لأنها زوجة (ولو لم يكن بينهما ولد. وكل موضع قلنا: لا لِعَان فيه؛ فالنسب لاحقٌ به) أي: بالزوج؛ لعدم ما ينتفي به.
