(نسبه) أي: المنفي بِلِعان (باستلحاق ورثته له بعد موته) أي: الملاعن (و) بعد تمام (لِعَانه) نص عليه ؛ لأنهم يحملون على غيرهم نسبًا قد نفاه عنه، فلم يُقبل منهم
