(ولو أنفقت الملاعنة على الولد، ثم استَلْحَقه الملاعِن؛ رجعت) الملاعنة (عليه بالنفقة) لأنها إنما أنفقت عليه تظنه أنه لا أب له؛ قاله الموفق. واقتصر عليه في "الإنصاف" (ويأتي في النفقات. ولا يلحقه) أي: الملاعن
