(وإن اشتركا) أي: الزوج والواطئ بالشُّبهة (في وطئها في طُهر) واحد (فأتت بولد يمكن أن يكون منهما؛ لحق) الولد (الزوجَ؛ لأن الولد للفراش) سواء ادعياه، أو أحدهما ، أو لا.
