(وكذا إن لم تُسْتَبرأ) الأمة المبيعة، وأتت بالولد لأكثر من ستة أشهر (ولم يُقِرّ المشتري للبائع به) فلا يلحقه نسبه؛ لأنه ولد أمة المشتري، فلا تُقبل دعوى غيره له، إلا بإقرار من المشتري.
