(وإن ادعاه) أي: ادعى البائعُ الولدَ أنه منه (بعد ذلك) أي: بعد أن ولدته لستة أشهر (وصدَّقه المشتري؛ لَحِقه) أي: البائعَ (نسبُه، وبَطَلَ البيع) لأنها أم ولد
