ويحلق الولد بوطء الشبهة وفي كل نكاح فاسد فيه شبهة كنكاح صحيح لا كملك اليمين

(ويُلْحَق الولدُ بوطء الشبهة) وتقدم . (و) يلحق (في كل نكاح فاسد فيه شُبهة) كالنكاح المختلف في صحته، فيكون (كنكاحٍ صحيح) في لحوق النسب؛ حيث أتت به لستة أشهر منذ أمكن اجتماعه بها.

و (لا) يكون (كملك) الـ ( يمين) بحيث يتوقف لحوق النسب فيه على الإقرار بالوطء.
