(ولا تجب) العِدّة (بالخلوة بلا وطء في نكاح مُجمَعٍ على بطلانه) كالخامسة والمعتدة، سواء (فارقها) حيًّا (أو مات عنها) لأن وجود صورة ذلك العقد كعدمه.
