(وإن عَتَقت الأَمَة الرجعية في عدتها؛ بَنَتْ على عدة حُرَّة) لأن الحرية وُجِدت وهي زوجة، فوجب أن تعتدَّ عدة الحرة، كما لو عتقت قبل الطلاق.
