(وإن كانت) الأمة (بائنًا) وعَتَقت (بَنَتْ على عِدَّة أَمة) لأن الحرية لم توجد وهي زوجة، فوجب أن تبنى على عِدَّة أَمةٍ، كما لو انقضت العدة.
