(فإن فعل) أي: وطئ المستبرأةَ (لم ينقطع) الاستبراءُ (به) أي: بالوطء؛ لأنه حَقٌّ عليه، فلا يسقط بعدوانه (وتبني على ما مضى) من الاستبراء.
