(ولو صلى على أرض غيره، ولو) كانت (مزروعة بلا ضرر) ولا غصب (أو) صلى (على مصلاه بلا غصب، ولا ضرر، جاز) وصحت صلاته (وتقدم في الباب قبله) ويأتي في الجمعة: لو صلى على مصلى مفروش لغيره، لم تصح، وجوابه.
