(وإن صلى في غصب) من بقعة أو غيرها (جاهلًا) كونه غصبًا (أو ناسيًا كونه غصبًا، صحت) لأنه غير آثم (أو حبس به) أي المكان الغصب (صحت صلاته) لحديث: "عفي لأمتي عن الخطأ، والنسيانِ، وما استكرهُوا عليه".
