(إذا أعتق أُمّ ولده، أو) أعتق (أَمَته التي كان يصيبها قبل استبرائها، أو مات عنها؛ لزمها استبراءُ نفسِها) لأنها موطوءة وطئًا له حُرمة، فلزمها استعلام براءة رحمها، كالموطوءة بشُبهة.
