(وإن ادَّعت أَمَةٌ موروثةٌ تحريمَها على وارث بوَطءِ مورّثه (٤) ) كأبيه وابنه (أو) ادعت (مشتراةٌ أن لها زوجًا؛ صُدِّقت) لأن ذلك لا يُعرف إلا من جهتها.
