(من نسب أن يتزوَّج أخته من الرضاعة) لأنه لا رَضاع بينهما ولا نسب.

(وتحِلّ أمُّ مرتضع وأختُه، وعمَّتُه، وخالتُه من النسب لأبيه وأخيه من رضاع) قال أحمد : لا بأس أن يتزوَّج الرجل أخت أخيه من الرضاع، ليس بينهما رضاع ولا نسب.
