(وإن كان) الزوج (لم يدخل بها) أي: الكبرى (فلا مهرَ لها) أي: للكبرى؛ لأنها التي أفسدت نكاحَ نفسِها (ونكاح الصغرى بحاله) لأنها ربيبة لم يدخل بأُمها.
