(وإذا أرضعت زوجتُه الأَمةُ امرأتَه الصغيرة) رَضاعًا محرِّمًا (فحرّمتها عليه) بأن كان دخل بالأمة (كان ما لزمه من صَداق الصغيرة) وهو نصفه (له في رقبة الأمة) لأن ذلك من جنايتها.
