(والحكم في الإقرار بقرابة من النسب تُحَرِّمها) أي: الزوجة (عليه) أي: على المُقِرِّ بأن يقر أن زوجته أخته من النسب، أو عمته أو خالته كذلك، أو أمه أو بنته وأمكن ذلك (كالحكم في الإقرار بالرضاع) بجامع أنه أقرَّ على نفسه بما ينفسخ به نكاحه.
