(إلا إذا كانت) الخادم (بأجرة أو) كانت (عارية، فـ) نفقتها وما تحتاج إليه (على مؤجر ومُعير) لأن المكريَ ليس له إلا الأجرة، والمُعير لا تسقط عنه نفقة مِلكه بإعارته.
