(وعكسها) بأن أنفق عليها يظنُّها حاملًا، فبانت حائلًا (يرجع عليها) لأنّا تبيّنَّا عدم استحقاقها، أشبه ما لو قضاها دَينًا، ثم تبين براءته منه.
