(فإن اتفقا) أي: الزوجان (على تأخيره) أي: القوت عن طلوع الشمس (أو) على (تعجيله لمدَّة قليلةٍ أو كثيرة؛ جاز) لأن الحقَّ لهما لا يخرج عنهما، كالدين، وتملكه بقبضه؛ قاله في "الترغيب"
