(ولها المُقام) على النكاح (ومنعُه من نفسها، فلا يلزمها تمكينه) من الوطء (ولا الإقامة في منزله، وعليه ألا يحبسها، بل يدعها تكتسب ولو كانت موسرة) لأنه لم يُسلِّم إليها عوض الاستمتاع.
