(ويُقدَّمُ جَدٌّ على أخ) لأنه له مزية الولادة والأبوة (وأبٌ على ابنِ ابنٍ) لقُربه؛ ولأنه لا يسقط إرثه بحال (و) يقدَّمُ (أبو أب على أبي أمٍّ) لامتيازه بالعصوبة (و) الجد أبو الأم (مع أبي أبي أب يستويان) لأن أبا الأم امتاز بالقُرب، وأبا أبي الأب امتاز بالعصوبة، فتساويا لذلك.
