(ولو ركب المسافر النازل) أي غير السائر (وهو في) صلاة (نافلة، بطلت) صلاته، سواء كان يتنفل قائمًا، أو قاعدًا؛ لأن حالته حالة إقامة، فيكون ركوبه فيها بمنزلة العمل الكثير من المقيم.
