(لا) تبطل صلاة (الماشي) بركوبه فيها (فيتمها) لأنه انتقل من حالة مختلف في صحة التنفل فيها، وهي المشي، إلى حالة متَّفق على صحة التنفل فيها، وهي الركوب، مع أن كلًا منهما حالة سير.
