(فإن أُعتِقَ أبوهم) أي: أعتقه سيده (فانجرَّ الولاء إلى معتقه) كما مَرَّ في الولاء (صار ولاؤهم لمعتِق أبيهم، ونفقتهم) عند عدم أبيهم (عليه) لأنه مولاهم الوارث لهم.
