(ولو كانت) أمُّ الرضيع (مع زوج آخر، وطلبت رَضاعه بأُجرة مثلِها، ووَجد من يتبرَّع برضاعه؛ فأمه أحقُّ) برضاعه (إذا رضي الزوج الثاني) بذلك؛ للآية، وقد رضي الزوجُ بإسقاط حقّه، فأشبهت غير المزوّجة.
