(فإن عتقت على السيد) بإعتاق أو تعليق (فحكم رضاع ولدها منه حكم المطلَّقة البائن) لأنها ملكت أمر نفسها بالعتق، فلها طلبُ أجرة المثل، والامتناعُ من رضاعه.
