(ويلزمه) أي: السيد (نفقةُ ولد أمته الرقيق) لأنه رقيقه تَبَعًا لأمّه (دون زوجها) أي: الأمة، فلا يلزمه نفقة ولده الرقيق؛ لأنه ليس تابعًا له بل لأُمّه.
