(وينفق) السيد (على من بعضُه حُرّ بقَدْرِ رِقِّه، وبقيَّتُها) أي: النفقة (عليه) أي: المبعض إن كان موسرًا، وإلا فعلى من أعتق البعض أو وارثه، كما تقدم .
