(فإن أبى) الإنفاق عليها (أو عجز) عنه (أُجبر على بيعٍ، أو إجارةٍ، أو ذبحِ مأكول) لأن بقاءها في يده بترك الإنفاق عليها ظلم، والظلم تجب إزالته.
